Click on your initials in the top right corner and then click ‘View Account’
In a web browser type https://portal.office.com/ and logon using your usual Office 365 username and current password
Click Next at this screen
Select your preferred recovery option as marked (Note : email address should be a non SomnoMed one
Example : Selecting phone as recovery option. Enter you country and phone number and select whether you want an SMS or phone call to receive a verification code
Enter the code when received
You are then successfully enrolled for ‘Self Service Password Reset’
In a web browser type : portal.office.com and logon using your username and current password
Click on your initial and ‘View Account’
Click on ‘Change Password’ & enter your current password and your new password
Your password is then successfully changed for the next xx days
